TransZol Plant采用改良的CTAB法裂解細(xì)胞，避免多糖多酚和RNA結(jié)合，從而有效分離RNA。適用于從80-100 mg富含多糖、多酚的植物材料中提取總RNA，例如香菇、香蕉果實(shí)、芒果果實(shí)、馬鈴薯塊莖、胡蘿卜及虎皮蘭葉片等材料。另外，也適用于從某些動物組織，如脂肪、結(jié)締組織種提取總RNA。
